Cinnabun Coffee Creamer

I ~love~ love~ love~ to come up with different coffee creamer recipes to help me get into the holidays without overindulging in too many sweets. This one came out so good I wanted to share it with you. If I have a cup of coffee with a well flavored creamer in it I feel as if I have had a dessert but with only a fraction of the calories: 4 tablespoons equals 140 calories. 
Ingredients
2 cups half-n-half (Or use rice or soy creamer, they work just as well!)
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 -3 teaspoons cinnamon (I like 2 1/2 tsp. but try 2 at first and see what you prefer)
Directions
In a small sauce pan heat up the half-n-half, sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat, stirring with a whisk  continually until sugar is dissolved. Just make sure you do not allow it to come to a boil.
After it cools store in a sealed jar in the fridge until the expiration date on the half~N~half.
Give it a good shake before each use.

I love this idea Ann! I'm a half and half fan. Really, you only need about a tablespoon in your coffee and it doesn't add that many calories but it adds so much more satisfaction.
