Low Carb Pizza

Low Carb Easy Pizza!
Here is my quick easy low carb pizza recipe. It's thin and crispy like a Roman Pizza!
Low Carb tortilla (1 small tortilla per person is only 3 net carbs)
Whole Milk mozzarella (2 ounces per tortilla)
Marinara sauce
oregano (dried)
olive oil
Fresh basil and or other toppings such as pepperoni
If you have a stone place it on the second to last rack and preheat oven to 450.
Brush olive oil all over each side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle oregano all over.
Add sauce (not too much)
Add cheese and other toppings of choice except for basil as that goes on at end. Note: You cant over top it or else it will leak and smoke you out of your home.In this pic I used too much pepperoni and it was a bit of a problem : )
Slide on to stone using a large spatula or mini pizza peel.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until melted and crispy. Check after 5 minutes.
After removing from oven add basil and a bit more olive oil, mangia mangia!
You can eat these mini pizzas whole!
