- Pizza or Focaccia Class: In this 3-4 hour class I will teach you how to make your own homemade pizza dough and then how to bake your pizza to perfection! I have over 30 years of homemade pizza making experience that I would love to pass on to you and your famiglia and don't worry you will also get to taste your creation with a nice glass of vino...salute!
- Hearth Breads Class: In this 3-4 hour class I will teach you how to make your own dough and all the tips and tricks of baking hearth breads at home. Warning: After tasting your own homemade bread you will be spoiled for life: )
- Italian Cooking Classes: I also offer a variety of Italian Cooking Classes with many well known and not so well know Italian dishes such as: Pasta Puttanesca, Marinara Sauce, Ragu, Baked Ziti, Lasagna, Homemade Pastas, Italian Meatballs, Egg Plant Parmesan, Focaccia, Braciole and an assortment of Italian sweets as well such as homemade cannoli shells and my Nonna's Homemade Biscotti.....so, are you hungry yet? Well don't worry you will always get a sample of what we cook in all of my classes so check our some of my recipes on my blog and then give drop me an e-mail and let's talk, Ciao!

All of my classes are held Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm. My prices vary depending on the foods you pick and whether or not I have to travel but most run around $20 per person for a group and $30 for a private lesson. I also offer classes for children which run around $12 per student. These prices cover all of the food costs, a printed recipe of the food we cooked in class and of course a taste of the food we cooked! I will also have a bottle of vino on hand which I feel will best compliment the food we cook...salute!
