My Mom gave me the greatest Foodie gift for Christmas this year, a
gnocchi paddle! I am having so much fun with it so far so thought I would post some pictures. It was so much faster than the traditional fork or grater method. You just have to make sure to flour the gnocchi and paddle well, I had to re- flour with each new "snake" of dough I used and sometimes I had to clean out the paddle grooves by using the back of a butter knife so that I would not cut into the wood. ReplyDeleteI love making gnocchi. The paddle makes them look so beautiful. I barely have the patience to roll and cut though. I'm not sure I could ever take the time to roll them over a paddle! :-D
